Privacy Statement
For the purposes of the UK GDPR, the ‘controller’ of the personal data which you provide is West Yorkshire Combined Authority (ICO registration # ZA051694).
The Combined Authority processes this data under the basis of ‘public task’, for the purposes of business support and stakeholder event delivery, as well as the monitoring, audit and evaluation of the project.
We have contracted a data processor to collect the data and deliver the project (Full Circle) and another to evaluate the project’s effectiveness (Wavehill); if you choose to participate, your data will be shared with Wavehill for this purpose. Wavehill may contact you for further information as part of their assessment.
The Combined Authority maintains a database of West Yorkshire businesses to support its work on economic growth, to which names and business-related information will be added and updated when needed.
Otherwise, all three parties will securely delete your data no later than six months after contract expiry.
